Mission Statement
The Friends of BCHA promotes
an equine culture that encompasses horsemanship, youth, community and education for the BCHA membership and surrounding community.
Boulder City Horsemen’s Association
NESTLED in historic Boulder city, the corrals have been the epicenter for cowboy and equestrian life since it was incorporated in 1962. Over the years it has housed events from rodeo and team penning to OBSTACLE challenges and dressage shows. BCHA is home to all types of AGRICULTURAL animals and types of horse riding disciplines.
Since BCHA is owned by all of its members and have limitations to FUNDRAISING, most of the shared use areas have been volunteer projects. It has reached a new era where the infrastructure can not hold up any longer with old ways and practices. Building permits, insurance requirements and high labor costs have made it NECESSARY for the Boulder city Corrals to ask for help.
This is truly a one of a kind equine facility. Structured as a 501(c)(7), this social club provides a unique OPPORTUNITY for horse owners to utilize designated INDIVIDUALIZED parcels of land while sharing large arenas and expansive trail systems.
BCHA now needs the help of the community to shine bright again.
